Chicken Katsu Recipe


Ingredients:

-4 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pound the chicken 1/2 inch thickness
-Salt & Pepper (to taste)
-2 tablespoon all purpose flour -
-1 egg, beaten
-1 cup of bread crumbs ( i found halal japanese bread crumbs in Tesco )

Steps:


1 - Season the chicken breast with Salt & Pepper
2- Place the flour, egg and bread crumbs in different plates
3- Coat chicken with flour -
shake the excess
4- Dip chicken into the egg
5- Press the chicken with bread crumbs on both side
6- Heat the oil with medium fire
7- Deep fry the chicken till its golden brown
